Silica aerogel blankets are superinsulation materials based on silica aerogel contained in a fiber blanket carrier.

Oryza BGT is a high-performance insulation solution consisting of silica aerogel integrated into a blanket carrier. It is highly fire resistant and very robust. Due to advanced processing technology, dust release during handling and installation is strongly reduced.

Oryza BGT works both in cryogenic and hot environments.

Oryza BGT has been used successfully in chemical and Oil & Gas plants on-shore and off-shore and in buildings worldwide, where it helps to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions. It offers excellent thermal insulation performance at two levels depending on application requirements (Oryza BGT and Oryza BGT Low Lambda or LL).

With Oryza BGT, we are offering sustainable and energy-efficient solutions for a wide range of applications.

Oryza BGT enables very slim thermal insulation in applications with highly limited available space.

Oryza BGT is available as flexible rolls and as multi-layer boards.

There are two performance levels available:

Oryza BGT: approx. 0.019 W/(m*K)

Oryza BGT LL: approx. 0.015 W/(m*K)

Please note that Oryza BGT X is no longer available and has been replaced by the improved Oryza BGT LL.
